Tammy Rae Smith

Tammy Rae Smith, 41, of Danbury, died at Yale New Haven Hospital on Saturday, July 24th. She was born in Danbury on July 22, 1969, beloved daughter of Jean (Davis) Jean and the late Stanley C. Smith.

In addition to her mother, Jean, she will be sadly missed by her daughter, Ashley Smith of Danbury; her stepfather, Edmond Jean; her sisters, Brenda Smith-Silvia and her husband, Edward, Tina Bennett and Stacey Smith, both of Danbury, Kate Coleman and Gloria Jean Nichols, both of New Hampshire, Dana Goldman of Hudson, NY; her brother, Edward Smith of Naugatuck; as well as many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her brother, Stanley Smith and her sister, Lorna Smith.

Funeral Information

A Memorial Service will be held at the Salvation Army, Foster St, Danbury on Wednesday, July 28th at 1:00pm. Cremation will take place at the direction of the family.
